About the event
Activate Business Connection Nights are an opportunity to connect with other like minded marketplace leaders over dessert and be inspired by hearing the stories of others influencing both their businesses and the wider community.
This months guest speaker is Leonard Gardner, CEO of the Foster Construction Group. Leonard leads a team of 220 to deliver Great Community through Strong Foundations. Having been at Fosters nearly 20 years after starting as the company accountant, Leonard has developed an understanding and passion for people and community built on a foundation of doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. Leonard is a founding trustee and past chair of Momentum Waikato Community Foundation, established to create a Better Waikato for Everyone Forever. Leonard was involved in shaping the new Waikato Regional Theatre which is currently under construction by Foster Construction.
