TeenLink Youth Mentor - Community Link Trust

As a paid mentor, you would be passionate about young people and resilient as you encounter challenging attitudes and behaviours. You'll spend one-on-one time with a young person and help them with decision making, problem-solving, social interactions, building self-esteem, processing different emotions and sometimes re-engaging them in education. Our heart for mentoring is to help the voice of the young person be heard; often there are so many adults and professionals in and around the life of the young person and their voice gets lost. Hours are negotiable, but you will need your own car and a full licence to drive your mentee's around between the hours of 9am-5pm.
